Liminal Paths
Liminal Paths is JoAnna Farrer's debut solo album—a journey into the imaginal through classical and folk music. Featuring Natalie Haas and Yann Falquet, the album blends slow airs, fiery reels, haunting vocals, and spoken word in a spell to light the way through the dark.
Inspired by Celtic and Scandinavian folklore, Liminal Paths invites listeners into the Otherworld - where myth, memory, and music meet.

Mandala - Quintet by Eric Ewazen
The world-premiere recording of Eric Ewazen’s Mandala - Quintet for Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Violin, and Cello is now available.
Inspired by Buddhist mandalas the composer encountered at the Asia Society in New York, this vivid three-movement work explores divine guidance, protection, impermanence, rituals, and the passage of time.
Performed by JoAnna Farrer with NJ Symphony colleagues Bart Feller, Juan Esteban Martinez, Jonathan Spitz, and Yale University's Kevin Cobb, and produced and engineered by Darryl Kubian, Mandala brings together a richly expressive chamber ensemble of string, woodwind, and brass colors for a haunting and lyrical work.

The Diviner’s Path — from Llewellyn Publishing
Outside of the musical world, JoAnna is also the author of The Diviner’s Path: A Nature-Led Approach to Divination, has just been released (June 8) from Llewellyn Worldwide. Her work in divination grows from the same deep listening that shapes her life as a musician: attention to symbol, pattern, intuition, place, and the living world.
